Aston Villa captain Fabian Delph is reportedly on the verge of a remarkable second U-turn with the midfielder set to join Manchester City.
The 25-year-old was expected to join City last weekend in an £8million deal and looked set to join up with the club on their tour of Australia, but rejected the move onSaturday morning.
However, in a strange turn of events the former Leeds man appears to have changed his mind again with unconfirmed reports that the player was undergoing a medical, according to theManchester Evening News.

In a statement on the Aston Villa website on Saturday, the midfielder said: "I'm aware there has been intense media speculation surrounding my future in the last 24 hours and I want to set the record straight."
"I'm not leaving. I'm staying at the football club and I can't wait for the start of the season and captaining this great football club.
"With Villa facing a battle to keep prolific striker Christian Benteke, the latest U-turn from the club's captain will make the remainder of the transfer windowa difficult period for boss Tim Sherwood.
