Manchester United goalkeeper Victor Valdes has said heis "working hard" ahead of the new season, despite interest emanating from Turkey.
Speculation over the future of the Spaniard has been rife this week, after Louis van Gaal chose not to select him in his pre-season squad for the tour of the United States.
The 33-year-old is just six months into an 18-month loandeal, but uncertainty surrounding the No 1 position at Old Trafford - with Real Madrid-bound rival David De Gea chosen for the tour himself- has seen Valdes linked with a premature exit.
Turkish side Antalyaspor have revealed their interest inthe former Barcelona shot-stopper, but Valdes' agent insisting that they "don't see any reason for him to leave the club" and that he remains positive ahead of the new season.
Valdes himself has confirmed said stance, using his Instagram account to tell fans he is "working hard" at the club's training ground.
After Bastian Schweinsteiger, Morgan Schneiderlin andMatteo Darmian all joined the club over the weekend, reports claim that van Gaal's next target is Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski, while defender Rafael is keen to leave.
